  1. Question: How do I make a purchase online?

Answer: When buying on this website follow the steps below:

  • Enter your school name in the search bar on the homepage.
  • Select your product by size and quantity. Add selected items to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout, by selecting the checkout button.
  • Enter your details including your preferred collection store.
  • Click the place order button, which will direct you to the payment platform to complete your order.
  • Await confirmation email for details on collection.

 

  1. Question: Where do I collect my product that was ordered online?

Answer: At the Enbee branch selected during the checkout process. For any changes please contact our Head office (+236 242 752696/8) for assistance.

 

  1. Question: Where do I find Enbee Retail Locations?

Answer: We have 22 branches nationwide with 9 out of 22 branches in Harare. Please refer to the “Contact Us” page for your nearest branch.

 

  1. Question: How long does it take before I receive my purchased products?

Answer: It takes 48 hours to process an order. If there are any delays then Enbee will contact you with the details.

 

  1. Question: Does Enbee provide delivery service?

Answer: Delivery services are currently available only in Harare; a delivery charge will be automatically calculated on checkout and added to your final bill. For clients outside of Harare you can collect from your nearest Enbee branch.

 

  1. Question: What is your exchange policy?

Answer: Products can be exchanged at Enbee branch the goods were collected from if they were delivered please contact us directly.  The following conditions apply:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Receipt of purchase is provided.
  • Special orders and sale items may not be exchanged.

 

  1. Question: What is your refund policy?

Answer: Products can be exchanged at Enbee branch the goods were collected from if they were delivered please contact us directly.  The following conditions apply:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Receipt of purchase is provided.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Special orders and sale items may not be returned.

 

  1. Question: What do I do if my school is not listed on the website?

Answer: To purchase uniforms that are not listed on our website please contact our Head office (+236 242 752696/8) or email branding@enbee.co.zw for assistance.

 

  1. Question: What If cannot find my size on the website?

Answer: Enbee provides a special order service for customized sizes. Please contact our Head office (+236 242 752696/8) or email branding@enbee.co.zw to place an order.

 

  1. Question: What payment methods are acceptable?

Answer: For all online purchases, we are only accepting international VISA or Mastercards. Due to the current situation in the country we are unable to accept Ecocash, Telecash, Getcash and Zimswitch online.
